The Cap Diamant is the name given to the mount on which most of the upper Quebec city sits.It covers a great distance and starts on the egdes of the Boulevard Charest Est near the Train station and the Docks down on to the city of Saint-Foy where the Quebec Bridges are.If you are on the Champlain Boulevard,you should be aware that only 4 roads will lead you back near the Plains of Abraham without returning in direction of the Harbor and the Champlain Walk.

It is high enough to make the Chateau Frontenac look as tall as our tallest modern buildings,which frankly adds another touch of class to the town by not being prominently cover by skyscrapers and such.
